Control units
The control unit is suitable for electric and electropermanent chucks supplying and impulse steering.
All functions are controlled by an efficient RISC microprocessor. The level of magnetizing is regulated fluently. The control unit is equipped with effective demagnetizing cycle designed for removing workpiece’s residual magnetism, which allows workpiece easy removing.
Every control unit is equipped with a safety contact, signalizing low level of magnetizing, for personal safety enhacement.
The unit has a communication ability with PLC common types.
System supports RS 232, RS 422 and RS 485.
