NEO Series
Permanent Magnetic Lifting Magnets
for flat, rounds and shapes up to 2000/1000kg
The BUX® NEO series incorporates five models:
NEO 125, NEO 250, NEO 500, NEO 1000 and NEO 2000 with rated lift capacities up to 2000 kg for flat material and 1000 kg for rounds.
These models use powerful Neodymium magnets whose field is controlled by the "ON-OFF" position of the handle.
The use of Neodymium magnets allows for a very compact construction and yet extremely high lifting capacity even in bad surface conditions. Two poles allow for handling of plates and other flat materials as well as rounds, like bars and tubes.

Thanks to Neodymium magnets they perform very well on unmachined surfaces with rust or scale. The NEO model is ideally suited for in-plant handling, loading und unloading machine tools and is commonly found in industrial plants, machine shops and warehouses.

NEO 125
 Workload Limit (Rated Lift Capacity)
The maximum workload is based upon lifting clean, smooth, flat, low-carbon steel plate, 30 mm or thicker with the full area of the magnet's pole area in contact with the load. Derating is required for plates or flat material with rust or scale, unmachined or uneven surface, plates thinner than 30 mm and alloy steels. Refer to the operator's manual for more detailed workload limits.

NEO-HV Series
 
These are lifting magnets designed to lift loads from horizontal into vertical position and vice-versa.
Imagine you have a plate lying on a pallet and you want to put it onto the double sider of your horizontal machining center
Many an operator has to do this many times a day and is usually struggling with clamps, slings or chains, often with two persons, to turn and keep the component in position. The range comprises 2 standard models: NEO-HV 250 and NEO-HV 500 for flat or box shaped workpieces, maximum workload 250 and 500 kg respectively.
Lifting arms, HV 250 and HV 500 can be purchased separately and retrofitted to a corresponding, existing NEO magnet. Models with a bigger capacity as well as special executions for round material can be supplied upon request.
