Unit RESTA DCJ 900x600
It serves for crushing building debris and natural materials. Material for crushing is supplied to a hopper by means of a wheel loader. From the hopper the the material is dosed to the crusher by means of a feeder. The crushed material is discharged on storage or eventually into screening unit by means of a belt conveyor.
Hopper
It is a sturdy steel welded structure, volume 6 m3, hydraulic hinged sides and back face, min. height of transfer edge 3000 mm, width of transfer edge 3900 mm, HARDOX armouring.
Feeder
It is a vibrating feeder 860 x 4000 mm, cascade pre-screening grate with mm slot, continuous regulation of feeding by a frequency converter, HARDOX armouring.
Crusher
It is an efficient single-toggle jaw crusher, inlet opening 900x600 mm, turning manganese jaws, slot adjustable from 40 to 170 mm, mechanical-hydraulic slot adjustment.
Product belt conveyor
Width 950 mm, driven by electric drum Interroll tilted hydraulically for transport.
Drive
There is an electric switchboard built-in, Diesel motor CAT 7,2 l, 170 kW at 1800 rpm, generator Leroy Somer, coupling – hand operated SP 214. There is an output reserve for a possible connection of a screening unit RESTA 1200x3000/2 or RESTA TK7.
Hydraulics
Hydrogenerator DANFOSS, proportional switchboard DANFOSS, oil tank 130 l, electrically regulated hydraulic station with 5 sections. Hydraulics serves for unit travel and tilting of belt conveyors and hopper sides.
Operator stand
It is spacious platform with a grate floor and railings.
Tracked undercarriage
Tracks Intertractor B3, hydromotors LINDE, travel speed of tracks is continuously optional by means of joystick from 0 to 0,6 km/h (turtle) and from 0 to 1,1 km/h (rabbit), climbing ability 20º, output of hydrogenerator is automatically set depending on load due to minimalization consumption fuel and load of hydraulic system.
Optional equipment
Magnetic separator, belt conveyor of pre-screening, electronic belt weighting machine, remote data transmission, hinged roof above the operator stand.
