Unit RESTA OH2 1050x1000
It is used for crushing building debris and natural materials. Material for crushing is supplied to a hopper by means of a wheel loader. From the hopper the material is dosed to the crusher by means of a feeder. The crushed material is discharged on storage or into screening unit by means of a belt conveyor.
A recycling line can be built of the crushing unit RESTA OH2 and screening unit RESTA 1200x3000/2.
Hopper
It is a sturdy welded structure, volume 6 m3, hydraulic hinged sides and back face, min. height of transfer edge 2950 mm, width of transfer edge 4000 mm, HARDOX armouring.
Feeder
It is a vibrating feeder 950 x 3800 mm excited by hydraulic vibromotor, cascade pre-screening grate with 50 mm slot, continuous regulation of feeding, HARDOX armouring, manganese grate.
Crusher
It is an efficient impact crusher OD 1050x1000 inlet opening 880x600 mm, turning impact listels, impact boards are mounted on springs by the help of mechanical absorber, hydraulic slot adjustment, hydraulically regulated inlet shutter. The crusher is driven by V-belts of Diesel motor. HARDOX armouring.
Product belt conveyor
Width 1000 mm, hydraulic drive, hydraulically tilted for transport.
Drive
Diesel motor CAT C 9 built-in, 250 kW at 2200 rpm, electronic control system of compression-ignition engine ADEM III and fuel system HEUI, coupling – hand operated AP 314 HO. Hydrogenerators are situated on Diesel motor.
Hydraulics
Hydrogenerator DANFOSS, proportional switchboard DANFOSS PVG 32, oil tank 80 l, electric control of hydraulic station. Hydraulics serves for drive of all aggregates and tilting of belt conveyors and hopper sides. There is hydraulically closed circuit for pro unit travel.
Operator stand
It is a spacious platform with a grate floor and railings.
Undercarriage
Tracks Intertractor B3, hydraulics DANFOSS, tracks travel speed is continuously optional through joystick from 0 to 1,5 km/h.
Optional equipment
Magnetic separator, belt conveyor of pre-screening, electronic belt weighing machine, remote data transmission GSM, hinged roof above the operator stand.
