Unit RESTA 1200x3000/2
It is used for screening building waste and natural materials into 4 fractions. Material for screening is supplied to a hopper with a bar grate by means of a wheel loader. The material that fell through the bar grate is dosed to the screen by means of a feeder and belt conveyor. The screened fractions passes through chutes onto 3 belt conveyors and further on storage. A recycling line can be built of the screening unit RESTA 1200x3000/2 and crushing unit RESTA DCJ 900x600.
Hopper with a coarse screen
It is a sturdy steel welded structure, volume 4 m3, tilting bar grate with 96 mm slot, belt feeder 800 mm wide driven by a bevel-spur gearbox with a ballast resistor for continuous regulation of material feeding. Hydraulic hinged lateral barrier.
Belt conveyor before the screen
Width 800 mm, driven by an electric drum Interoll, steel frame of the conveyor is part of a structure for anchoring a magnetic separator.
Screen 1200x3000/2
It is vibrating, two – deck screen with a circular movement of screening decks of the size 1200x3000 mm. The upper screen is tensioned transversally , lower screen is tensioned longitudinally while it is possible to use string screens. There is an eccentric shaft driven by an electric motor via V-belts. A frequency converter regulates the screening velocity.
Product belt conveyors
Undersize, width 800 mm, driven by an electric drum Interroll, tilted hydraulically.
Medium size and oversize – width 650 mm, driven by an electric drum Interroll tilted hydraulically.
Operator stand
It is spacious platform with a grate floor and railings
Drive
There is an electric switchboard built-in, Diesel motor Perkins, generator Leroy Somer 40 kVA.
Hydraulics
It is an electric-hydraulic station with a hydraulic switchboard for tilting of belt conveyors, lateral barriers from the transport to working position and possibility coarse screen.
Undercarriage
It is a trailer with one axle equipped with twin-wheels, brakes with ABS. Undercarriage load 10 t, pin load 11 t. Transport speed 60 km/h.
Optional equipment
Magnetic separator, hinged roof above the operator stand, electronic belt weighting machine, remote data transmission, remote control of the hydraulically tilted coarse screen, pole for transport of the unit on site.
