The mobile screening unit RESTA TH1
It is used for screening building waste and natural materials into 4 fractions. Material for screening is supplied to a hopper with a bar grate by means of a wheel loader. The material that fell through the bar grate is dosed to the screen itself by means of a belt feeder. The screened fraction passes through chutes onto 3 belt conveyors and further on storage.
A mobile recycling line can be built of the screening unit RESTA TH1 and other RESTA crushing units.
Hopper with a coarse screen
It is a sturdy welded construction, volume 3,5 m3, hydraulically tilting bar grate with a 96 mm slot.
Belt feeder
It is 800 mm width driven by a hydraulic motor, continuos control of feeding speed.
Screen 1200x3000/2
It is vibrating, two-deck screen with a circular-eliptic movement of screening deck of size 1200x3000 mm. The upper screen is tensioned traversally, lower screen is tensioned longitudinally while it is possible to use string screens.
The screen is driven by an eccentric axle, which is driven by a hydraulic motor.
Product belt conveyors
Hydraulically tilted with a width of 650 mm, driven by a hydraulic motor.
Drive
Built-in diesel motor Perkins with a hydraulic generator 60 kW.
Hydraulics
A hydraulic system drives the crawler, belt conveyors and tilts the conveyors into a transport position.
Undercarriage
Track Interactor B3HD, speed of tracks is continuously optinal by a joystick from 0,6 to 1,5 km/h, output of hydrogenerator is set automatically depending on load due to fuel consumption and load of hydraulic system minimalization.
Optional equipment
Electronic belt weighing machine, remota data transmission.
