RESTA TK7
It used for screening building waste and natural materials into 3 fractions. Material for screening is supplied to a hopper by means of belt conveyor. The material from hopper is dosed to the screen itself by means of belt feeder. The screened fractions passes through chutes onto 3 belt conveyors and further on a storage.
A mobile recycling line can be built of the screening unit RESTA TK 7 and crushing units RESTA DCJ 900x600 or RESTA OH2.
Hopper
It is a sturdy welded structure, volume 0,7 m3.
Belt feeder
Pit is 800 mm wide driven by an electric drum Interroll.
Screen 1200x3000/2
It is a vibrating, two-deck screen with a circular movement of screening decks of the size 1200x3000 mm. The upper screen is tensioned transversally, lower screen is tensioned longitudinally while it is possible to use string screens. There is an eccentric shaft driven by an electric motor via V-belts.
Product belt conveyors
Hydraulically tilted, width 650 mm, driven by electric drums Interroll.
Operator stand
It is a spacious platform with a grate floor and railings.
Drive
It is an electric drive from the mains 400 V / 50 Hz, total power input 17 kW. It can be connected to an electric switchboard. In case of building recycling line (container screening unit RESTA TK7 and crushing unit RESTA DCJ 900x600) drive from this crushing unit.
Hydraulics
It is an electric-hydraulic station with a hydraulic switchboard for tilting of belt conveyors.
Container frame
It is designed for container carriers as per DIN 30 722, suspensions for a crane handling, lockable box for tools.
